Customer Support Executive:
Job Profile:
The main duties of the Customer Support Executive will include:
Interacting with existing UK clients through phone, email and other communications medium
Handle customer queries; understand their requirement and co-ordinating with the SEO
engineering team to deliver the results.
Administer client website rankings & results
Handle client payment & update accounts summary
Reporting progress of various client website rankings to the Manager - Customer Support
Essential Skill Set:
Very good English Communication
No Accent required
Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass
ITI, Diploma, Degree, Master Any degree is accepted
Other Beneficial Skill Set:
Basic Knowledge of SEO activities
Basic Knowledge of Website, Domains, Hosting
Basic Knowledge of MS Office and Internet
Experience:
Experience of a similar Job will be beneficial
Fresher or un-experienced candidates can also apply
Salaries Range: 12,000 to 25,000 per Month, depending on the skill set
