Customer Support Executive:

Job Profile:
The main duties of the Customer Support Executive will include:
• Interacting with existing UK clients through phone, email and other communications medium
• Handle customer queries; understand their requirement and co-ordinating with the SEO
engineering team to deliver the results.
• Administer client website rankings & results
• Handle client payment & update accounts summary
• Reporting progress of various client website rankings to the Manager - Customer Support
Essential Skill Set:
• Very good English Communication
• No Accent required
• Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass
• ITI, Diploma, Degree, Master – Any degree is accepted
Other Beneficial Skill Set:
• Basic Knowledge of SEO activities
• Basic Knowledge of Website, Domains, Hosting
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office and Internet
Experience:
• Experience of a similar Job will be beneficial
• Fresher or un-experienced candidates can also apply

Salaries Range: 12,000 to 25,000 per Month, depending on the skill set
