• Have development experience with Frameworks like MVC, Zend, Smarty, Joomla, Drupal, Magneto, Zen Cart

• Ability to convert PSD or PNG designs to HTML

• Have creative sense and an ability of developing cutting-edge web-based front-end systems while maintaining W3C standards, cross browser compatibility.

• Good communication skills
